On June 27–28, 2026, the library personnel participated in the University Team Building Activities held at Villa Saturnina, Sta. Ana, Cagayan. The activity was organized by the university to promote teamwork, strengthen camaraderie, and foster collaboration among faculty and staff across different offices and departments.

The two-day program featured various team-building games, collaborative challenges, recreational activities, and group exercises designed to enhance communication, leadership, trust, and problem-solving skills. These activities encouraged participants to work together toward common goals while building stronger interpersonal relationships and promoting a positive work environment.

The participation of the library personnel provided an opportunity to interact with colleagues from other university units, share experiences, and cultivate a greater sense of unity and cooperation within the institution. The activity also reinforced the values of teamwork,

mutual respect, resilience, and effective collaboration which are essential in delivering quality public service and achieving the university's mission and objectives.

Overall, the University Team Building Activities contributed to improved employee morale, stronger workplace relationships, and renewed motivation among participants. The experience gained is expected to further enhance collaboration and productivity within the library, ultimately supporting the continuous improvement of library operations and services.
