As part of St. Paul University Philippines' continuing commitment to fostering academic excellence and a culture of research, the Knowledge and Information Resource Network (KIRN) successfully organized a Book Fair on May 15–16, 2026, at the Global Center, St. Paul University Philippines (SPUP). The two-day event was held in conjunction with the 9th SPUP International Interdisciplinary Research

Conference, providing conference delegates, faculty members, researchers, students, and staff with access to a wide array of scholarly and educational resources.

The Book Fair featured an extensive collection of academic books, professional references and learning materials from participating publishers and exhibitors. Visitors explored the latest titles across various disciplines, discovering valuable resources to support instruction, research, professional development, and lifelong

learning. The event also served as an avenue for meaningful interaction between members of the academic community and publishing partners, strengthening collaboration in advancing scholarship and knowledge dissemination.

As the University's library and information services arm, the Knowledge and Information Resource Network (KIRN) spearheaded this initiative to complement the objectives of the research conference by promoting access to quality information resources that inspire innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and evidence-based inquiry. The Book Fair underscored KIRN's vital role in enriching the University's research ecosystem and supporting the academic pursuits of the Paulinian community.

The event drew enthusiastic participation from conference delegates, faculty members, students, researchers, librarians, and guests, all of whom took advantage of the opportunity to explore current publications and engage with representatives from participating

publishing houses. Their active involvement contributed to the vibrant and intellectually stimulating atmosphere throughout the two-day exhibition.

KIRN extends its sincere appreciation to the participating publishers and exhibitors, the conference organizers, the University administration, and everyone who supported the success of the Book Fair. Their collaboration and commitment

made the event a meaningful addition to the 9th SPUP International Interdisciplinary Research Conference.

The successful conduct of the Book Fair reflects St. Paul University Philippines' unwavering dedication to promoting literacy, research, innovation, and lifelong learning. Through initiatives, KIRN continues to empower the academic community by connecting learners and researchers with high-quality information resources that inspire discovery, excellence, and transformative education.
